Celeriac and Apple soup with Chestnuts, croutons and homemade bread (v)

Panfried king Scallops, parsnip puree, pomegranete and parsnips crisps

Spiced Butternut, sage & goats cheese tart, winter leaves and balsamic reduction (v)

Slowly braised belly of pork with handmade apple soup, garlic puree and port jus

Potabello Mushroom Wellington with onions, spinach, mushrooms, mustard and madeivl vine, wrapped in puff pastry and served with roasted potatoes and brussle sprouts (v)




Traditional Norflok Turkey, pigs in blanket, pork and sage stuffing served with cranberry sauce, turkey gravy or bread sauce

Roast Aberdeen Angus Beef Sirloin served with thyme red wine gravy

Roast Monkfish with seafood, parsley and chive sauce, buttered baby new potatoes, samphire wild mushroom and pecbrino risotto with sage oil & pecorino shavings (v)


All served with goose fat roast potatoes, red cabbage, yorkshire puddings and honey roast root vegetables

Dark chocolate tart with pistachio and hazelnuts, chantilly cream and berry coulis

Christmas crumble with apple and cinamon, calvados infused raisins smothered in warm custard
